Last year we provided home based palliative care and bereavement support to over 3,500 clients, carers, family and bereaved carers. Your donation will go towards funding: home visits by specialist palliative care nurses and family support workers, 24 hour on call nursing support, assistance for carers, counselling, pastoral care, massage, music therapy, occupational therapy, bereavement support and our in home volunteer support program.
Although we receive government funding, the income raised from fundraising and donations assist us to deliver high quality care and meet the growing demand for our services.
