Australia has the highest rate of asthma in the world, with 2.5 million or one in nine people affected. Asthma WA supports people living with asthma through provision of education, support and resources to a variety of community groups including schools, workplaces, sports clubs, prisons, aged care, childcare centres and regional respiratory support groups. We operate from our West Perth office and outreach locations around Perth, or via our telehealth service for those living in regional WA or the Perth metropolitan area who cannot attend in person. We also visit country areas wherever possible to provide our services to regional and remote WA.
